- 2 – 3 years warehouse experience
- Computer Literacy ( Microsoft package )
- SAP added advantage
Main Activities:
- Actively manage the CTN warehouse and distribution: personnel, systems and processes, including functions such as receiving, despatch, binning, picking, deliveries and returns
- Manage and control the order process and documentation trail from order entry, pick slip generation, invoicing through to despatch and confirmed delivery
- Manage and maintain the relevant processes and systems ensuring that deliveries are completed on time, in full, and all documentation is correct and accurate
- Maintain management information systems and procedures, and generate reports as required within your department
- Set up cost control mechanisms within your areas of control
- Manage document flow, customer supply agreements/commitments, filing systems, document hand over processes and relevant work process
- Prepare and load cross boarder stock onto long haul vehicles as required by customer or export department, ensuring that all company, customer and statutory requirements are adhered to
- Identify and correct unsafe practices or activities within your area of control
- Ensure that your dealings with customers, suppliers, and other departments are prompt and professional
- Ensuring that all plant, vehicles and equipment are safe to operate and adequately maintained
- Maintain the backorder system fully up to date and manage back orders according to company processes
- Assist with the monthly inventory forecasts and work closely with both the branch sales team and a.b.e. demand planner to maintain our desired service levels

- Planning of daily and monthly cycle counts and stock takes.
- Verify and capture cycle counts on SAP ensuring that the count process is completed daily in line with the Stock take and cycle counting procedures.
- Create requisitions for transport and process goods received on SAP (MIGO).
- Physically receive and checking of stock returned from customers and liaise with the supervisor and sales team.
- Oversee and assist with the route planning and ensuring the correct orders go out to the correct customers.
- Managing of customer returns area ensuring that stock returned is credited accordingly and returned to stock once credit is done.
- Investigating of stock variances.
- Managing Inventory levels and minimising SLOB and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained in line with MRP.
- Returns to supplier, if required.
- Stock transfers to and from branches/factories.
- General administration.
- Any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.

- Develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security, environment and safety in order to maintain a safe working environment ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety & Environmental Act requirements.
- Implement and maintain WCM standards.
