Job description: Solutions Manager, WaterLocation: Europe-based (Office/Hybrid/Remote)Position Summary:As a Solution Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and driving successful solutions for our clients in the water industry. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of their needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions that deliver real value. You’ll be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring its success and exceeding client expectations.We will rely on you for the following:

  • Demonstrate value across the entire portfolio that drives overall user acquisition and depth of usage across the entire mobility portfolio
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of customer growth product initiatives.
  • Own the process of collecting growth ideas, shaping them into hypotheses, prioritizing them, running AB tests, and reporting on outcomes across the portfolio, and driving proposals for packaging/pricing.
  • Create business cases to drive internal investments, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Evaluate, challenge, and adjust strategic go-to-market plans, including pricing & product packaging, to meet evolving business and market requirements
  • Work with key customers and industry groups to identify market opportunities and persistent gaps to be addressed to add value to customers
  • Conduct internal and external research on the market, competitors, and customer personas
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define and develop sales tools” “Position requires an individual to have a strong background and understanding of the focus industry across design, build and operate workflows

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing
  • 5+ years of management experience leading teams and delivering results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure design, building, and operating workflows.
  • Highly accountable; takes ownership and drives sense of urgency.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a highly collaborative yet decisive approach
  • Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driven, self-starter; comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Clear, concise communicator, able to drive consensus.
  • Deep understanding of engineering, construction, and operation workflows as it relates to mobility infrastructure and its supporting technology landscape.
