CRM Services Account Partners (APs) are established, passionate and strategic sales leaders. The AP will be responsible for selling the entire portfolio of CRM products to designated accounts. The AP must be a strategic thinker with outstanding corporate, commercial, and cross-functional skills, demonstrate high energy, and have strong sales management experience. The AP will be responsible for earning the right to be a trusted advisor to the client, with the primary goal of helping the client derive significant business value from her investment in Salesforce. You will be expected to understand and manage customers throughout the customer lifecycle and drive adoption of services through sales activities to new and existing customers. This includes building connections with executive level clients and making sales presentations. The primary measure of success for this role will be year-over-year growth in the service’s overall bookings and revenue.Responsibilities:Exceed service growth and bookings related to Salesforce products and achieve organizational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader.Apply industry expertise and business acumen to understand customer motivations, business drivers, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes.Engage specifically with executive level customers using a consultative selling methodology that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term, trusted advisor relationship.Develop a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformation solutions with the goal of driving greater success and business value from our customers’ investments in the Salesforce platform.Develop and manage territory plans and personalized account plans for each customer that align with the customer’s business goals. Accurately and timely forecast, create pipelines, and create opportunities to achieve year-over-year growth in Salesforce revenue. to promoteBuild strong relationships with licensing organizations and local affiliate/partner organizations that help you succeed.Be a well-respected role model for collaboration, leadership, and overall performance.As an AP, you will:Use specialized concepts in formulating solutions to critical and broad design challenges.Address challenges or respond to future initiatives that impact the success of the department.Build an extensive network with key decision makers and become the organization’s external spokesperson.Exercises broad discretion in determining objectives and approaches to key assignments.Lead teams and mentor others on highly visible initiatives.Requirements:8+ years of consulting sales experience and a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.He has at least 2-3 years of experience selling and/or performing professional services for strategic consulting firms or large system integrators.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at executive level and be recognized as a trusted advisor.Experience with growing accounts in large, complex deals (>$1 million).Able to collaborate closely and excel in complex, matrixed environments.Team player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.Leadership Qualities:
