Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Product Manager at YelloX Supply Chain Solutions in Cebu. The role involves overseeing product development, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining product requirements to meet customer needs. It is also responsible for driving revenue growth for YX Supply Chain Solutions through a combination of new business acquisition, customer retention, and account development activities. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field. Proven track record of success in sales and business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of product development processes and customer needs Experience with supply chain or logistics is a plus
