Our Animal Shelter Operations team is dedicated to providing care, rehabilitation, and rehoming for companion animals while promoting responsible pet ownership in our community.We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for animal welfare to join our team as Animal Shelter Trainees. This is an exciting temporary full-time opportunity, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of animals and their owners.Your RoleAs an Animal Shelter Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily operations of our shelter.   • Commitment to completing the Certificate III in Animal Studies.

  • Experience in customer service is a plus.

  • Package: $41,771 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Temporary full time position working 35 hours per week, with an option of 19 day month for maximum period of 18 months whilst completing a Cert III in Library and Information Services (Study to be completed at Ultimo TAFE).
