• Proven retail management experience preferably within womenswear fashion
• Successful track record in people management
• Solid understanding of retail operations
• Stock management exposure
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 8 with the support of an experienced Store Manager
• Running all day-to-day operations, leading the store on Sunday – Monday in your Store Managers absence
• Driving in-store sales and KPIs to achieve targets
• Maintain stock levels, ordering and replenishment of stock
• Action visual merchandising changes reflective of promotions and new season launches
• Create a warm and successful team ethos
