Come be a part of this journey!PAKISTAN TOBACCO COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR AUDIT MANAGERSENIORITY LEVEL: Management LevelFUNCTION: FinanceLOCATION: Islamabad, PakistanROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES.The role is responsible for driving commercial agenda, fast track data analytics and be a strong partner to the business Additionally, it involves managing the Pakistan Audit Committee to support the overall governance and compliance environment.Reports to: Head of FinanceGeographic Scope: Islamabad, PakistanWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Ensure sharper, shorter audits by prioritizing major and emerging risks, optimizing the use of analytics and focusing on marketing archetypes.
• Ensure resource management and delivery are on track and delivered with a commercial lens.
• Maintain high data quality during audit planning, testing, recording in TeamMate+.
• Identify cases and drive simplification initiatives to improve audit ways of working.
• Proactive utilization of available data analytics in Power BI to gain insights and simplify ways of working.
• Maintain and improve the available audit tools and identify emerging themes.
• Run the PTC Audit Committee quarterly providing insights on Internal Controls, Risks and Compliance procedures.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• 8 – 10 years’ experience in Finance, preferably FMCG.
• 2 – 3 years of Internal Audit experience will be preferred.
• Advanced Excel Skills and superior quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of BAT Processes and Risk & Control Matrix
• Effective communication, presentation, facilitation and team management
