Overview:We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager professional to join the South America Applications team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. This position will be responsible for managing our capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX), as well as assisting in tracking our Applications projects roadmap, KPIs and financial performance. Your expertise in project management, methodologies and financial analysis will ensure the successful execution of our projects while maintaining governance discipline.This role will drive governance for South America Applications portfolio and will partner closely with Project Managers and other BT teams. Their role reports to the South America Corporate Functions Lead in the South America Apps organization.Essential Functions:Project Portfolio Oversight:
- Work with project managers to ensure projects are executed within governance, budget and on schedule.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in their resolution.
- Design, development, maintain and administration of PMO project management toolsets
- Support PMO Management to define and develop PMO Processes and methodology
- Support Project management staff to consistently apply PMO Project standards and methodology, including audit activities
- Maintain a strong understanding of all PMO services, operational processes and procedures
South America Applications Roadmap Tracking:
- Assist in tracking the progress of the South America Applications Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Analysis & CAPEX and OPEX Management:
- Develop, monitor, and manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for SA Apps projects.
- Partnering and collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and compliance with financial policies.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for financial decision-making.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain financial reports, project status reports, project and demands KPIs, Continuous Improvement tracking
Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure SA Apps initiatives are right communicated to the right public
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in project and financial management practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Technology related field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and a track record of delivering technology projects
- Proven track record of at least 6 years in project management and financial analysis roles
- Demand Management processes and governance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and build strong partnerships
- Ability to navigate and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic multinational technology environment
- Possess a hands-on, creative, and innovative attitude that fuel a culture of forward-thinking and breakthrough ideas

- Portuguese (native), Spanish (consider a plus) and English (advanced)
- Previous experiences with global teams is a plus
