This role will be located in Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities for Business Manager Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies, setting clear objectives and KPIs for the credit card division. Product Development: Enhance credit card products by identifying market trends and collaborating on new features. Risk Management: Implement effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies, optimizing processes continuously. Business Growth: Lead customer acquisition efforts and increase engagement, overseeing marketing and loyalty programs. Financial Performance: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization for the credit card business. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and collaborate on addressing legal issues. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and evaluate business performance, preparing regular reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in credit card or financial services management, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic digital banking landscape.
