Job description: Reporting to the CEO, the main responsibilities will be:– Responsible for the day-to-day management of operations.– Overseeing local support.– Coordinating customized designs.– Leading the implementation of innovative grading and packing technology.– Maintaining relationships with domestic markets.– Ensure customer satisfaction.– Driving business growth.This is a full-time on-site role as a Country Manager|Manufacturing machinery for fresh produce packers worldwideQualifications:

• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
• Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of grading and packing technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
