You will report into the Head of EMEA Sales Programs, and the position will be based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).The Sales Programs team leads activities supporting pipeline creation and management and drives interventions to strengthen performance. This features a mix of Demand Generation planning, coordination and execution based on analysis of key sales metrics and alignment with business priorities. The team works very closely with Sales leaders. Expected deliverables take the form of recommendations and ownership of the Demand Generation plans, campaign and programs creation/execution, Sales/Marketing alignment, Sales Enablement coordination, innovation and best practice sharing. As the Head of Sales Programs for EMEA South, you will lead and develop an outstanding team, where teamwork and collaboration is fostered by all, across borders and groups.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the drive and experience to work with a high-performing Sales team in a fast-paced environment, outstanding business acumen, an analytical but execution-oriented mindset and the right stakeholder influencing skills to work in the most innovative company in the high-tech industry.The ideal candidate will have:
- Executive level communication skills: Translating business insights into actionable recommendations, and using it to drive action both in the field but also with CxO level leadership
- Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, use data and analytics to hone in on priority areas, originate new solutions/ approaches, and develop recommendations so as to be equipped to own and be accountable for the pipeline target setting, management and demand generation activity for EMEA South.
- Exceptional execution and program management skills: Ability to create and drive structured Pipe Generation programs that align with a complex stakeholder structure including strategy, sales development , marketing and global programs so as to support the Sales organisation in achieving their pipeline objective.
- Passion for working with a high performing Sales organisation: Interest in working with Sales Leaders to design and launch interventions in the field. The ability to influence & gain full buy-in of Sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing campaigns. communication and proven RoI.
- Strong executive presence, influencing skills and stakeholder management ability: To own drive the cadence around pipeline in the EMEA South business, and track progress around pipeline management and effective demand generation.
