- Monthly salary 90 000 RUB gross

- Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)
- 3+ year students or and up to 2 years since graduation
- Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, and process engineering fields of study) preferable
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- A passion to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
- Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G after graduation

From that moment on, P&G-Novomoskovsk production intensively increased its turnover:
- 1998 – opening of the production of liquid detergents and the first building of the Distribution Center.
- 2005 – start of production of children’s disposable diapers, and later, in 2015, a line for the production of Pampers children’s disposable panties.
- 2019 – launch of a new Distribution Center building and an expanded customization area.
- 2020 – opening of a line for the production of feminine hygiene products.
Today, the P&G production cluster in Novomoskovsk produces liquid detergents, washing powders, children’s and feminine hygiene products under such well-known brands as Fairy, Mr. Proper, Ariel, Tide, Myth, Pampers, Discreet.The team consists of more than 600 employees, and the company is rightfully considered the leading one in the city and region.The distribution center located on the territory of the enterprise is the largest in Eastern Europe. The warehouse consists of 3 separate buildings with a total area of 80 thousand square meters. There are both classic and semi-automatic racks with a total capacity of 90 thousand pallets. The capacity is more than 200 vehicles for loading and unloading.The main focus at the P&G plant in Novomoskovsk is safety and strict adherence to standards. Each employee makes every effort in his area of responsibility in order to produce products of the highest quality.
