• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in a GMP environment

• Instructions for preventive maintenance and field changes

• Maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

• Accurately maintain tools and test equipment and ensure they are calibrated.

• Comply with health and human services, environmental, health and safety and/or any other applicable legal requirements.

• Applying the correct process to resolve customer service issues and conducting a root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem resolution.

• Travel is required.

The essential requirements of the position include:

• Bachelor’s level education in biomedical or electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics or automation

• Experience or strong interest in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical and/or electronic equipment.

• High integrity. Ability to work under client pressure and travel in a regulated environment

• Operational knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networking and database strong plus

• English required, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
