• Our Finance dashboarding and analytics platform team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Finance department and focuses on monitoring the different dashboards within Finance in collaboration with the Controlling team.
• As a Fixed Cost & Working Capital controller, you will perform regular monthly analyses and controls, monitor fixed cost and Working Capital against forecast, be in charge of budget & Best Estimate preparation, and be responsible for dashboard ownership (SG&A, Working Capital, P&L) to support the Soda Ash Business Unit. You will get the opportunity to contribute to data quality and have a positive impact on data accuracy.
• You will be accountable for:

• Contributing to data quality and driving change/innovation in the dashboards and analyses
• Ensuring accurate and optimal usage of Fixed costs (plant and SG&A), Working capital and P&L Dashboards
• We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, Financial Controlling or Accounting.
• Relevant work experience in Controlling, of which at least five years in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Competences:

• Working knowledge of Accounting and Controlling
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) knowledge
• Past experience in data analysis and data analytics
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Behaviors:

• Problem-solving and ability to work on projects
• Ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable activities
• Ability to work with both finance people and non-finance people
• Ability to organize and present data in meaningful ways

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portuguese base pay reasonably expected for this role is 34.000€ to 42.500€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
