  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive brand business plans. Monitor and adjust strategies at different stages to align with market demands, the competitive landscape, and overarching business objectives.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Obtain a deep understanding of target markets and consumer needs through active participation in consumer and market research. Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, crafting actionable strategies in response.
  • Brand Communication Strategy: Spearhead the development and implementation of a cohesive brand communication strategy. This includes defining brand positioning, brand values, and managing integrated brand/corporate communications to enhance brand assets and establish long-term competitive advantages.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure synergy and effective execution of brand strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field. Must be fluent in English.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in business consulting, marketing, or brand management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in understanding market and consumer insights and translating these into effective brand strategies.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and current market trends. Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in driving cross-departmental collaboration to achieve brand objectives.
  • A keen interest in the smartphone and technology industry, with a desire to stay ahead of market trends and innovations.
