We’re looking for ambitious self-starters who want to be part of our vision and create a positive legacy.Your CommunityThe business development team is responsible for acquiring and engaging recruiters across the 20+ source markets. The team is responsible for

  • Driving the demand of students through our network of recruiters
  • Driving the revenue through recruiter subscription and student placement
  • Driving revenues from the sale of products like accommodation financial services travel etc
  • Identifying and rolling out new revenue streams in order to increase our total revenue

Your PositionAs a Global Destination Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B overseas education business in specific destinations around the world. You will work closely with our partners in these destinations to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize enrollment and revenue.Your ImpactYou will be responsible for maximizing net revenue through university prioritization, increasing enrollments from concierge and priority institutions, and driving projects to increase conversions and the quality of applications in collaboration with regional admissions teams.Your Backstory

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.
  • More than 4-5 years of experience in international student recruitment and understanding of the challenges within this industry.
  • Detailed-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual targets.
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.

Your Contribution

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for designated destinations, including market analysis, target audience identification, and campaign development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across regional sales, admissions , university partnerships and act as a catalyst to drive up performance of allocated product groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies for designated destinations and universities.
  • Attend and organize events for your designated portfolio to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity in designated destinations to inform business development strategies.
  • Work with the line manager to set and achieve enrollment and revenue targets for designated destinations.
  • Prioritize university partnerships to maximize net revenue and enrollments from concierge and priority institutions.
  • Drive projects to increase conversions and improve the quality of applications in collaboration with regional admissions teams.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on progress.
