From a strategic point of view, Assistant Managers are responsible for increasing sales results by analyzing sales trends and ensuring high-quality customer service. They are also responsible for supervising the daily operations of the store, in order to ensure the correct execution of all processes, including the opening and closing operations of the store. Assistant Managers use all their experience and skills in supervising the sales plan, in visual merchandising choices and in product knowledge in order to achieve commercial objectives. Assistant Managers are also responsible for employee management in all its aspects, including personnel selection, training and development. They are expected to work with consistency, positivity and passion by example, so as to create, develop and maintain an inclusive workplace for both their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will have the opportunity to grow into the future leaders of our store management.Main responsibilities

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves everyday to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers. QualificationsWhat is required
