Job description: Job DescriptionDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is ready to take on new opportunities. The HR Generalist provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss’ policies, programs and practices.This position will provide direct support for: recruiting and on-boarding, payroll administration, company sponsored events, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, benefits Administration, leave management, employee education and training, immigration management, HR auditing and reporting.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Manage all payroll process with outsourcing payroll vendor
• Support year-end tax settlement process
• Maintain employees’ records and data
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Provide support in compensation & benefits including leave management
• Support general HR operational tasks when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• A team player and collaborate effectively with a broader team across segment
• Flexible and adaptable approach to getting the job done in timely manner
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Business level of English skills for both verbal and written
• Strong ability in using MS Office
