• Develop and execute unconventional and disruptive growth strategies to propel the adoption of new products developed by the Innovation Lab.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and devise innovative tactics for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates across various channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to drive cohesive and impactful growth initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth hacking techniques to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.

Required skills

• Proven experience in growth hacking or a related field, demonstrating the ability to think creatively and implement disruptive strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and turn them into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for rapid experimentation and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
