• Work with the Innovation team to roll out company-wide initiatives on entrenching innovation culture and capabilities in Prudential Singapore. • Lead on innovation-driven community projects such as TEE-Up (tee-up.world) and SSA (SME Skills Accelerator) with external stakeholders. • Assist in executing ongoing programmes and driving engagement with employees, internal and external communities via related community initiatives and events. • Research on the innovation ecosystem which Prudential will operate in. • Shape and propose new initiatives for the Innovation team. • Curate and design monthly company EDM.
