Together we collaborate to create a culturally rich, diverse organization ensuring we remain innovative and agile.Enterprise IT is searching for an experienced IT Product Manager within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to be responsible for the Integrated Facilities Management, Building and Package Management, Real Estate Management, and Smart Buildings Products.The IProduct Manager, will work as a member of the Facilities Management Product Line. Under the direction of the Product Line Lead, Facilities Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the Global Workplace and Enterprise Services organization to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of our companies facilities.Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Gain deep subject-matter expertise within key facilities management business processes, systems, and data.· Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience.· Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery· Defines objectives and key results for all four products· Partner with key stakeholders in GWES to define a product roadmap based upon business priorities· Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad· Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often.· Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization· Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.· Drive release and operational support planning and execution· Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.Required Qualifications:· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.· 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies· Exposure to Global Workplace and Enterprise Services and Global Security Management applications and technologies, including industry trends· Experience with space occupancy, real estate management, integrated facilities management, building management technologies· Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners· Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies· Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholdersPreferred:· Agile and/or Product Management Certifications· Prior experience with master data management processes· Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad· Previous experience in facilities management applicationsWhat we offerExciting work in a great teamCompetitive salaryPosition in leading global healthcare companyGlobal projects, international environmentOpportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globallyRepresentative officeWide range of benefitsFlexible working hours, home officeYearly Bonus based on company and personal performancePension and health insurance contributionsEdenred Benefits + meal vouchersInternal reward system – INSPIRE – with redeeming option as services, goods or vouchersUp to date laptop and iPhone mobile deviceOur company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
