We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.Our Company’s Global Human Health organization is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible to work with our business to identify high value business capabilities and enable that value through technology. This role will be responsible for both the relationship management and business capabilities understanding with key business and IT partners, as well as product ownership for the technology solutions and services.This Associate Director role will work directly with business and IT area to support the Market Access and Revenue Management IT product roadmap. Business capabilities in this area include payer engagement, affordability solutioning, market access strategy and asset formulation as well as pricing, tendering, contract and rebate management. The information and technology solutions support end to end revenue management and market access into health systems, requiring data and system integration across the enterprise.Primary Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted IT partner with our Global Market Access/ Market Access Revenue Management business team as well as our Global Franchise IT team to understand, shape and surface emerging demand in support of the business strategy and value.
- Understand the Market Access business capabilities and needs, and be able to create a strategic technical roadmap.
- Provide leadership within specific product line to own prioritization and value demonstration of backlog using Agile methodologies and new ways of working.
- Work collaboratively within IT (within GMAX IT, HH IT as well as enterprise IT) to continuously deliver value through IT product ownership for a specific product line.
- Develop an understanding of business needs and ensure IT product roadmap aligns to support near term/long term capabilities.
- Continue to drive towards value realization from existing product lines, through planning, execution and metric review.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 8+ years in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in client facing IT management (business analysis, business architecture, product ownership)
- Strong demonstration of IT strategy development
- Strong understanding of IT product ownership
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, as well as next gen technologies
- Demonstrated business analysis experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, leading teams through influence
- Demonstrated experience with end to end business and system process design.
- Demonstrated experience leading programs in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, listening, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork experience.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated business acumen, preferably in Market Access
- Demonstrated experience using Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in Market Access/Revenue management technologies, such as Model N, SAP, Veeva
- Experience in user research and backlog development
- Experience or understanding of the Payer, Pricing, Tender/Contracting, and Forecasting processes preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in prototyping development, and deployment.
- Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in program management.
- Experience in business analysis.
- Experience with Change management practices.
