Job description: Reports to: Director, Wholesale – EMEALocation: Field Based NationwideYour Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Key Account Manager – Nordics (Norway – Sweden – Denmark – Finland), you will lead the work to evolve how the Arc’teryx vision comes to life at our Strategic Accounts like Sport Holding, Stadion, Naturkompaniet, Friluftsland, Partioaitta, Fjellsport, Outnorth, Premium Dept Stores, and other relevant national accounts. While an uncompromised brand presence is the #1 goal, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth. You will work with various stakeholders from the wholesale accounts and with internal teams at Arc’teryx – from Marketing to Product Merchandising to Allocations to Finance.This role is field based nationwide in Nordics and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of one of our showrooms in Stockholm or Oslo and our key retailers.Meet Your Future Team:The Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales through all channels. We meet the guest where they are shopping and ensure Arc’teryx is represented consistently and at its best. As the retail landscape changes, we will work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork. \nIf you were the Key Account Manager – Nordics now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships at all levels at your wholesale Strategic accounts to ensure they know who we are, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there together
- Building a solid framework around our Branded Spaces and Shop in Shops in the region to ensure a high quality in all omni levels of consumer interactions
- Liaising with Key customer contacts regarding supply and agreement of various types, including SIS, Marketing, Value Added Services including details and associated costs
- Building the strategy for the brand within your wholesale accounts and gaining buy in from them and internal stakeholders to bring that strategy to life
- Working to realize a sales plan to the strategy – from forecasting and planning, to selling in the line through securing pre-orders, to delivering the orders in-season, to supporting profitable, full-price sell through, and activating seasonal relevant marketing initiatives
- Ensuring that Arc’teryx products are sold through by well trained staff to share the brand knowledge via your strategic partners

- Evolving the vision of how and where we operate branded spaces with our wholesale partners
- Streamlining go-to-market efforts and day-to-day operations by establishing best practices, allowing you more time for creative approaches to elevating Arc’teryx at our wholesale accounts
Are you our next Key Account Manager – Nordics?
- You have 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry; ideally selling apparel and footwear
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- You are fluent English and local language skills
- You have managed sales with large, multidoor retail partners and have experience leading a team to success
- You have a strong ability to build relationships, sell, influence, and negotiate
- You have strong presentation and communication skills
- You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other reporting tools
- You have the ability to work well independently and in a team
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with unwavering commitment
