This is a very exciting opportunity to drive Applications & Infrastructure / Data & AI (Azure) Commercial Solution Area growth in the Korea Area. This role is part of the Korea Finance team, which is a diverse and inclusive team with team members. The role will be part of the WW Applications & Infrastructure Finance Community and will collaborate closely with the Product Leaders, Finance Leads at Corp, and other product-aligned business leaders.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. • Partnering with the Korea STU (Specialist Team unit) and Product leaders to drive Azure growth in the Area through deep Cloud analytics forward and backwards
• Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge Business leads around new business opportunities / growth road map landscape.
• Provide insights to the business in a way that can be easily actioned by leverage Corp Region and local models and analytics
• Provide business insights to accelerate growth across all Segments/Workloads, accelerate our MACC to ACR motion and our Scale motions
• Balance growth through our existing consuming customers and Customer Adds.

Processes

• Accountable for finance content within Area ROB (e.g. Area Performance Reviews, Month End results, Forecast and Budgeting)
• Present at Area LT meetings and Area Finance meetings
• Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.

People

• Will work closely with Azure Finance managers in other Areas and Region and partner with the WW Community Lead to focus on the key insights and projects to accelerate our growth.
• Identify Finance best practices and share them broadly within Asia and WW

Qualifications:As a qualified candidate you should have a combination of extensive experience in Finance with strong demonstration of (people) leadership, business partnering capabilities and analytical strength. Successful candidate ideally has experience as Segment or Product Controllership in a subsidiary/Area, proven track record of achieving exceptional results through influence where no direct line authority exists.This position involves a significant amount of exposure to executive and senior management and requires the ability to communicate ideas and analysis effectively, thereby influencing business decisions, so executive maturity, business acumen and presentation and communication skills need to be your strengths.Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controllership or Finance work experience

• OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controllership or Finance work experience
• OR equivalent experience
