• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend development.
• Extensive experience with GoLang and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working on complex backend systems and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Prior experience in the financial domain, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
