Job description: to the jobPlans and designs manufacturing processes for a production facility. Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determines the parts, equipment, and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Role and responsibilities
- Maintenance of existing processes, procedures, routers & MES master data
- Improvement of overall system/module quality, test yields, and process cycle times.
- DOA/DMR: Root Cause Analyses, containment plans, corrective & preventive action plans related to process issues/gaps.
- Implementation and maintenance of SPC and quality KPI (Statistical Process Control).
- Execution of Configuration Management deliverables for MFG engineering.
- Provides technical expertise for the department with a focus on new and existing product development and production activities.
- Develop and manage master engineering schedule for all projects. Lead, coordinate, and supervise others to achieve all plan objectives of the master schedule.
- Technical project management along with the ability to research, investigate and evaluate technical processes.
- Create and coordinate project timelines and associated process flows in order to understand, communicate and meet project milestones such as launch dates, lab testing dates.
- Manage the laser system and tools or instrument used in various processes including Machining.
- Provide training and support to supervisors, inspectors, team leads and floor employees in areas of critical importance.
- Yield analysis and improvement based on sound engineering approaches.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above like Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable.
- 4+ years of experience in industry or laser products
- Experience in Psychics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optics or related engineering field.
- Preferred experience with laser and optic technology and others key modules.
Skills
- Proficient with metrology associated with evaluating laser performance and quality.
- Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter and outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Understand optic or laser technology and strong theory background.
