Job description: Job DescriptionWe invite you to join our team!This position will contribute with the Marketing Organization in Central America & Caribbean region, with a focus on communication, events, and promotional efforts, with the potential to flex to other key areas across the franchise.In this role you will contribute with the rest of the team and stakeholders across the organization in a wide range of activities such as ensuring digital and offline materials and communication strategies are set to reach franchise goals and metrics, participate in launch of new products, carry out promotional activities ensuring that we comply with all internal and external requirements.Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing team with the launch plan and communication strategy for new and existing products.
- Work with the Marketing team in the management of Promotional Material and Websites
- Oversee and coordinate with the agencies to ensure the launch and execution of Marketing Campaigns.
- Create digital tracking elements to be embedded in materials to measure their traceability and actionability.
- Follow-up of promotional activities such as events, ensuring that they are carried out according to internal policies and payments are processed.
- Work in coordination with the Cross Functional Team (Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Digital) to identify priorities and ensure proper implementation and execution of Marketing projects.
- Manage promotional budget and its proper follow up.
- Supports Omnichannel analytics work including development of Omnichannel lead & lag metrics/KPIs, assessment of content, channel performance, analysis of customer behavior with streamlined reporting and tracking mechanism.
- Measures the performance of Omnichannel campaigns across engagement channels and suggests ways to improve the campaign effectiveness / channel Return on Investment.
- Supports the analysis of customer experience metrics, Healthcare Professionals feedback, survey responses, and content effectiveness, and perform response modeling.
- Assists in development and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing results to optimize campaigns and drive additional revenue opportunities.
- Budget Management: Managing advertising budgets effectively.
- Channel Selection: Selecting the appropriate online and offline channels based on target audience and campaign objectives.
- Ad Creation: Properly brief the agencies and guide them to optimize ad creatives, including text, images, and videos, to engage and convert the target audience based on data analytics from campaigns performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (“Licenciatura”) Degree.
- Four (4) or more years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in marketing, analytics, business intelligence and/or data science.
- Testing and Experimentation: Implementing new advertising strategies and tactics and evaluating their effectiveness through experimentation.
- Language proficiency in Spanish, in oral and written.
- Preferred English fluency communication both written and speaking.
- Microsoft Office suite, Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Marketing automation tools, Pardot are a plus.
- Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience: Experience in designing and executing automated marketing campaigns, customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and deliver results on time.
- Project management skills, teamwork, and written/verbal communication.
- Experience in Campaign Analytics and reporting, and/or Customer Insights Analytics.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
