A new era of collaborative partnering to satisfy the need to increase effectiveness of business support functions, requires us to look for employees ready to help build a new, strategic component for Essity for continued optimization of services and operational flexibility.Supports the GBS Master Data Services Vendor Master Team acting as a data steward for all Essity office sites and select production sites, resolving end user requests and/or issues with the creation and maintenance of Suppliers. This position would assist in special projects as needed, and will work to secure efficiency in the vendor creation process working with Master Data Coordinators, Global Procurement and Accounts Payable.As a Master Data – Vendor Data Steward you will be responsible for:Support and execute the actions of the GBS Master Data Services Vendor Master Team which includes:– Dispatch, track, report and resolve end user requests and/or issues in the Vendor Master processes– Assist stakeholders in requests related to the creation of new suppliers or the update of existing suppliers– Special projects as neededSecure input from other departments / stakeholders for accurate and timely resolution of issues; * Contribute to process improvement projects and give input to central led projects;

  • Interfaces with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Services, Master Data and Controlling Departments;
