To capitalize on this growth, we’re looking for talented Media Sales Executives to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and help monetize our array of exclusive travel channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through advertising sales across our engaging and highly viewed platforms. Our sales representatives manage the entire sales from initial contact to completion. These are exciting and highly rewarding roles for the right individuals. Duties & Responsibilities: Sell advertising by talking to buyers, C-Level executives, and key decision-makers daily Actively identify and source prospective clients to maintain a robust pipeline of business leads Conduct cold calls, schedule virtual and in-person sales meetings to engage prospects, and follow up on sales opportunities Create and drive territory growth strategies to meet and exceed performance metrics Negotiate sales agreements in accordance with company parameters Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changing territory demographics Prepare sales presentations and coordinate closing agreements Serve as main point of contact addressing client/prospect questions and concerns Requirements: 1+ years sales experience (ideally in magazine advertising/digital media) preferable but not required as we will train and coach the skills needed to succeed Account management and industry networking experience is an advantage but not essential Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Ability to focus and thrive in high-pressure conditions Tenacious, persistent, and resilient Motivated and able to work in a close team environment Committed to meeting and exceeding personal sales performance expectations Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently Innovative quick thinker with an unwavering passion for knowledge and growth What We Offer: Competitive Salary with great commission-earning potential Training and development Opportunity to learn and grow every day Fun, energetic, and productive work environment Great office location The opportunity to drive growth on the best platforms in the market to target a traveling consumer More about us : Ink has been in business for 27 years and is the world’s leading travel media company.
