Job description: P&CI Senior Specialist – Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R)Are you passionate about advancing sustainability and responsibility controls and reporting? As a P&CI Senior Specialist at HEINEKEN, you’ll play a vital role in driving progress and supporting the implementation of our Sustainability and Responsibility controls. You will identify potential risks related to data reliability, design and monitor controls, and report on their effectiveness to provide management oversight of risk exposure. Additionally, you’ll actively support Functions in strengthening their risk, process, and control environment. Join HEINEKEN’s S&R journey and help make a positive impact on our planet and society!Your responsibilitiesAs a P&CI Senior Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Understand the S&R KPIs definitions and design the process flows to report upon the KPIs
• Identify risks within the KPI reporting process that could impact the data reporting reliability
• Design controls to mitigate risks identified within the KPI reporting process, consistent with the HEINEKEN Risks and Controls framework methodology and quality standards
• Active support of the implementation and monitoring control processes by sharing best practices and suggesting improvements
• Implementing controls at Global Functions (and some local functions) by training the control performers on how to execute controls as per the design, reporting the progress status to Global P&CI Risk Response team
• Coordinating and testing controls’ effectiveness, aligning the testing results and feeding central reporting to Global P&CI Control Monitoring team
• Analysing the internal control results for reporting to Senior Management and Global Functions
• Advising and training, assessing control implementation and effectiveness deficiencies
• Building a strong network and engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across the Global Functions and OpCos

Your profileIn order to be successful in this opportunity, we expect you to have:

• Proven 7-10 years of experience in designing and auditing internal controls at an international company and/or Big 4 audit firm
• Strong interest in internal controls over Sustainability & Responsibility (Environmental Social & Governance areas)
• Ability to prioritize assignments, remain flexible in a changing environment and work independently with little supervision
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
• High concern for quality, accuracy and details
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to clearly instruct and present results to (senior) stakeholders and draft high-quality communications (e-mails, memos, and PowerPoint)
