More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.Job DescriptionOVERVIEW:As a member of Sportradar’s Global People Team, People Partner, Content Operations will provide human resources business partnering to our leaders. Sportradar’s Content Operations population consists of 1100+ FTE across multiple units and locations, meaning you will also partner with our Local People Advisors and People Operations across the globe. In this role you will be responsible to support the Head of People Partnering in developing and executing people strategies and fostering a positive culture of growth and innovation within a fast-paced, change-driven environment. This position will lead employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational development that will fuel a results-oriented and high-performing workforce. In this role you will report to Head of People Partnering, Content Operations.THE CHALLENGE:
- Business Partnering: Act as a sparring partner to the Content Operations Leadership team, handling end-to-end HR support for Senior managers and different teams in the units.
- Ensure a robust delivery of the People Strategy across the unit and advise and coach client group specifically on:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build a world class talent pipeline, ensuring the fit for purpose workforce planning and talent sourcing to deliver the divisional requirements
- Talent and Succession: ensures talent pipeline meets the company ambition in line with the People Strategy.
- Capabilities Development: identify up-skilling/re-skilling needs, develop, and execute the capabilities plan, including yearly divisional learning plans and effective resource planning and hiring.
- Reward strategies: implemented in line with our global framework.
- Performance Management: Coach and guide managers to ensure an aligned execution of the full Performance cycle for an efficient, result oriented and high performing workforce.
- Culture and Engagement: supports the implementation of company values and advise the unit client group in driving company values, and engagement initiatives.
- Change management and organization effectiveness: people-related strategies and data-driven decisions including organizational design, change management and total rewards.
- Partner with the global Centres of Excellence (Total Rewards, Systems & Ops, People Potential and Organizational Development) to deliver best-in-class people initiatives for global Content Operation teams and provides tailored professional development and training initiatives for managers and employees.
- Work closely with the global People Partner team on matrixed team support, and share experience and best practices with global counterparts.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 5 years as People/HR Business Partner, in a fast-growing global organization.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Solid knowledge and know-how as generalist practitioner in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labour law.
- Strong communication, with ability to adapt to different stakeholder groups.
- Hands on approach, adaptability and team work.
- Project management skills.
- Previous experience partnering with managers in a globally distributed workforce.
- This role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally
- English fluent; additional languages considered a plus.
