The Planning and Reporting Manager plays an instrumental role in Development Global FP&A team, driving the financial reporting, analysis and planning of USD$5bn costs. Acts as a strong business partner for Dev. Functions, the role holder needs to positively challenges the assumptions and the status quo. The Planning and Reporting Manager is also encouraged to drive effective resource allocation through machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To lead Development financial performance supervising (Actual reporting)
- To lead/contribute to Development planning process, including 3 Year Plan.
- To act as strong business partners for several Devevelopment and Global Functions Units
- To supervise financial risks & opportunities and develop mitigation proposals.
- To provide senior management beneficial analysis and recommendations to drive operational optimization across Development.
- To support successful roll out of initiatives striven to improve financial planning & resource optimization using machine learning.
- To provide business counsel on projects, resource allocation and investment decisions and assists in execution of initiatives where needed.
Role RequirementsEssential Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills: able to connect the dots from various source of information and generate financial insights from independent analysis
- Strong communication skills: able to articulate the key findings and recommendations clearly to senior management team
- Displays of high professionalism in an executive fast paced setting
- Displays of high curiosity, with continuous learning / improvement approach
- Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience, including BPA, Strategic Planning and Business Operations
- University Degree or equivalent experience (subject area with numerical and / or analytical content) with post graduate MBA or further professional qualifications preferable
- Proficiency in English (Both written and spoken)
