This is our idea of “Partner for Talent” – a partnership that convinces and inspires.Job Mission:As the Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing processes, advising clients on optimizing workforce management, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure service quality aligns with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Conduct business scans during the sales process, develop client concepts, and oversee implementation.
- Analyze current workforce management processes to identify areas for improvement and proactively develop new initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Total Workforce and Lean Management.
Advisory & Cost Reduction:
- Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs, consolidate reports, and create cost-saving plans.
- Advise clients and internal teams on pool composition and talent management.
- Collaborate with Operational Managers to create commercial opportunities and roadmaps for clients.
- Train and coach internal and client teams on new processes and ensure compliance.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure processes meet their needs.
- Communicate effectively with Operational Managers and teams to address client needs and plan next steps.
- Establish a purposeful chain of contact within Large Account Onsite and clients for seamless communication.
- Optimize services for clients and internal business lines as required.
- Lead change initiatives and storytelling with operational business leads.
QualificationRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or six years of full-time work experience.
- 3-4 years’ experience in the service/industrial sector with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
- Six Sigma or Project Management education is an advantage.
- Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English & French or in English & German
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 3-4 days/week).
