– Kupos digitizes a payment method for the entire transport in Chile.If you want to learn more about the portfolio, click on this link:Purpose of the PositionAs a Product & Tech Leader, you will spearhead the product vision and technical execution for our portfolio of early-stage ventures. Collaborating closely with entrepreneurs in residence and
cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in no-code and low-code tools and tech stacks to rapidly build and iterate prototypes and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack engineer with strong back-end experience.
• Strong experience with coding and adapting to different technologies (hands-on).
• Previous experience working with mobile apps (preferably about mobility).
• Technologies: Flutter, Next.jsReact, Python, Django, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Define the product roadmap and technical strategy for each venture, aligning them withbusiness objectives and market needs.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a team of product managers and developers to provideproduct development services to our early-stage ventures.
• Ensure seamless integration of various tech components, APIs, and third-partyservices to create holistic and seamless user experiences.
• Oversee tech architecture decisions and help resolve technical challenges as theyarise.
• Champion code quality, performance, and security standards across all ventures,ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Requirements and competencies to work with us

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s

preferred). * Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in early-stage startups, with a focus on driving growth and achieving product-market fit.

• Strong knowledge of no-code and low-code tools such as Webflow, Memberstack,

Bubble, and Zapier to prototype, test, and validate product ideas quickly. * Strong knowledge of Next.js, Flutter, Django/Python, serverless architecture, andSQL/NoSQL databases to build robust, performant, and scalable tech solutionsAbout You: * You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new tools andtech stacks to drive efficiency and product development. * You have strong values like Honesty and Respect.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment, remaining adaptable and resourceful.
• Data-driven decision-making, using metrics and analytics to measure campaign

effectiveness and inform marketing strategies. * You are a “hands-on” professional with a strong appreciation for the early-stage startup culture.

• And a plus: you know/have experience working with mobility companies.
