  • In order to deliver and best support the set of projects / solutions that will guarantee the execution and development of the Business Operation and Business Strategy, the Project Manager will have the guidance of the D&T Manager Transformation in terms of tools, procedures, mentorship and best practices and in the context of each and specific project will functionally report to the D&T Manager responsible for the project.
  • Based on an understanding of business needs and requirements, translates D&T priorities and portfolio into actionable items across D&T and the business areas;
  • Is responsible for the identification and analysis of the business needs , stakeholders and overlap to other projects and defines project scope and objectives, managing dependencies that influence its successful delivery – aligned with/with support of the solution owners or External Consultants or SME’s assigned to the project he/she leads;
  • Identifies, challenges and documents the business, functional and technical requirements for initiatives in the D&T Roadmap;
  • Formulates the project plan, budget and required resources, clarifying roles, involvement level of team members and obtaining approval and acceptance, following HEINEKEN project management methodology;
  • Contributes to the development of operational D&T plans and budgets, including annual objectives, providing advice and analysis to the D&T Manager to support decision-making, adhering to rules, policies, procedures and legislation;
  • Coordinates, monitors and drives project activities, manages project risks and resources and takes corrective actions when necessary;
  • Supports the selection of third party suppliers, managing them on a tactical/operational level, monitoring service delivery;
  • Evaluates and closes projects, identifies and analyzes lessons learned, archives project documents and hands over project to internal client;
  • Builds, maintains and utilizes a network of internal and external stakeholders and partners in both business and D&T and represents the project within the organization;
  • In the context of the project he/she is leading, actively manages stakeholders to provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses;

We want you to bring:

  • Degree in management, engineering and industrial management or related areas
  • 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with Project Management and Agile/Scrum JIRA principles, as leader of Project/Scrum teams;
  • Experience in SAP, SaaS and SalesForce solutions, understanding of ERP integrated platforms, technology and business process outsourcing;
  • Certification in project management (PRINCE2 or PMP, Agile considered a plus);
  • Certification in ITSM (e.g. ITIL) considered a plus;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellence Stakeholder management;
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Discipline, impact, influence, energy, ambition and proactivity.
  • Knowledge in Portuguese market
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Portuguese (fluent);
  • Resilience;
