Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As an Project Planning & Control Specialist for Electrification Business Area in Taipei City, Taiwan, you will be responsible for leading planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects in coordination with the project manager. Maintaining and analyzing actual and forecasted schedules, cost, revenues, cash in/out as well as risks and opportunities and OPQ.This position reports toMarketing & Sales Leader, Taiwan, Low Voltage SystemsYour responsibilities

• Supporting project manager by supervising project execution and performance with well-maintained schedule, cost, cash & risk planning of individual project
• Taking an active role in escalated customer issues and determines corrective actions in order to optimize the project performance
• Ensuring projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures
• Ensuring that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, consulting on cost, cash, revenues planning and other project control issues
• Communicating appropriate information to customers and other stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding
• Supporting Project Planning and Control Manager in improving tools and processes related to scheduling used in local unit
• Ensuring that the individual projects are closed as per contracts entered with customers in alignment with project manager and project controller

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment

• Fluent English and Chinese
