From driving sales and managing inventory to leading and developing your team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of their brand.Your importance as a LeaderYou are the face of the company within your assigned region. You embody the brand values, inspire team members, and forge strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your leadership, vision, and dedication are essential to fostering a culture of excellence and driving the continued growth and success of their stores.Your key responsibilities
- Sales Operations Responsibility: You will lead the regional stores’ sales team in achieving sales targets and driving growth and develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
- Process Compliance and Team Development Responsibility: You will train and enforce adherence to store SOPs, ensuring consistency and excellence and provide coaching and support to store teams, promoting productivity and professionalism.
- Customer Engagement and Satisfaction Responsibility: You will ensure a welcoming and customer-centric environment in all region stores and address customer complaints promptly and effectively, preserving brand integrity.
- Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising Responsibility: You will oversee merchandise receiving, storage, and display processes to maintain quality and appeal and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s aesthetic.
- Brand Promotion and Reporting Responsibility: You will execute marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales and provide accurate and timely sales reports and performance metrics to management.
