Located in the municipality of Benguerir, in the very heart of the Green City, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University aspires to leave its mark nationally, continentally, and globally.Then:Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Research Assistant to join our team at the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences within the AgroBiosciences Program at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir, Morocco. Your contribution will be pivotal in driving forward research aimed at developing and utilizing biological formulations sourced from natural origins or organisms to enhance agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact.As a successful candidate, you will be actively involved in various research activities including laboratory and field experiments to evaluate the performance of bioformultions.Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing formulations of biopesticides using biological formulations sourced from natural products.
• Work on methods to maximize the stability of formulated products.
• Conduct lab tests to assess the efficacy of formulations against target phytopathogens.
• Participate in greenhouse experiments to evaluate the efficacy of biopesticides on crops.
• Assist in implementing field trials.
• Publish in high-impact journals.

Required profile :Qualifications, desired skills and experiences:

• Master’s degree, or engineering degree in biological science, environmental science, or a related field.
• Previous experience of conducting experiments in microbiology and/or phytopathology.
• Experience in conducting pot experiments, greenhouse and field trails.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary research environment.
