Your main responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Vista Land projects. You will develop sales strategies, set sales goals, and implement sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales volume. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote Vista Land properties. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, staying updated on market trends, and identifying new business opportunities will also be part of your role. Ultimately, your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of Vista Land projects in Iloilo.
