Creating even more opportunities to elevate our industry, NIQ and GfK are teaming up to form the largest retail measurement company and consumer panel in the world!We are looking for a Sales Sr Project Consultant to join our Consumer & Marketing Insights Sales (CMI) team. Our Consumer & Marketing Insights teams conduct custom, consumer-facing research with companies across nearly every industry. By joining this team, you will use consumer data with the aim of demonstrating to our customers new opportunities to gain a stronger position in the market, attract new customers, as well as build loyalty and promote their brands more effectively.In this position, the professional will have the opportunity to drive the growth of the CMI division in Brazil through an efficient commercial approach, identifying new sales opportunities with consultative and specialized service. Additionally, you will develop relationships with customers by demonstrating relevance to the business, generating value from new models/products, and actively identifying opportunities to expand CMI services to new customers.Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations to enhance the CMI portfolio, working closely with other commercial teams with the aim of driving effective customer prospecting and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement commercial initiatives for the CMI division, driving actions with the aim of expanding market presence, increasing revenue and achieving sustainable growth in the region
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring the delivery of customized research solutions that drive impact and value to the client’s business
  • Act on the sales pipeline forecast, identifying areas of growth and prioritizing the completion of sales consistently, considering the assumptions of the entire cycle
  • Act as an expert advisor to clients, positioning NIQ’s CMI division as a leading provider in the industry.
  • Support in creating content or adjusting global content (power page, articles, webinar) for dissemination on digital platforms with a focus on activating stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations, Economics, or related degrees
  • Solid commercial experience with consultative sales planning
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market in understanding the Consumer
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic/systemic business vision
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish desirable
