By overseeing financial processes and analyses, you contribute to their financial health and sustainability.The challenges you may face in this role…This would involve balancing the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency, adapting to changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance, providing timely financial insights and advice amidst dynamic business conditions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Key responsibilities in this role…

• Financial Responsibility: You will prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will also provide effective financial advice on special projects and initiatives, offering expertise and insights when needed
• Month-end and Year-end Closing Responsibility: You will oversee the close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations, to facilitate accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Analysis Responsibility: You will analyze financial data and provide insights to management on financial performance and trends, supporting decision-making processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Responsibility: You will assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial expertise and support to department heads.
• Compliance Management Responsibility: you will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining financial integrity.
• Audit Coordination Responsibility: You will coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Process Improvement Responsibility: You will collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency, driving continuous improvement.

What you should have done in your career…-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (ICAN).-Minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior accountant or similar role, with a proven track record of accounting experience.-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.-Experience with financial analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights into financial performance.The benefits of this role
