Alongside this, you are a mentor. You will support, nurture, and grow the talent in your team encouraging them to be leaders of the future.Responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way and achieve goals without direct control over resources.
- Responsible for delivering projects initiation through to completion, and growing client accounts.
- Working on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across the securities services space.
- Support the provision of consultancy to client stakeholders with regards to the Multifond platform and its feature capability.
- Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills, e.g. Defining and deconstructing problems.
- Provision of alternative solutions while supporting system enhancements to ensure requirements are met.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritise their work stack depending on agreed delivery timelines.
- Support management of the backlog of change tickets ensuring progress is clearly communicated to PM / Client
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery.
- Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practices in implementation and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- University education and degree and strong academic record.
- 8+ years of management consulting experience delivering change and transformation programs.
- Proven track record of large-scale delivery projects within the Securities Services space.
- Strong experience in Multifonds, platform migration fund migration, and client migration.
- Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business teams.
- Experience and capabilities to communicate with client leaders to influence the direction and manage expectations.
- Excellent people and communication skills in both written and verbal in English.
- Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following best practices and company processes.
