In this role you will be responsible to ensure de-livery of selected product, on time, on budget and coordinate with customer, being an Ambassador for ABB in front of customer.This position reports toLocal Business Area ManagerYour responsibilities
- Ensuring complete value chain from sales order booking to receipt of customer payment is happening for Motion business on time and as per costing, coordinating with customer about order acknowledgement, delivery, forwarder arrangements to ensure on time delivery
- Ensuring payment collection is happening on time, checking order papers received from sales support for correctness and clarity, ensuring compliance for documents as per process flow defined and enter-ing Sales Order in SAP and invoicing
- Preparing on time delivery (OTD) report and monitoring the same monthly, issuing purchase orders and placing the orders on factory via Email ,BOL, OMS
- Completing correspondence with factory for orders including checking PL, delivery details, certificate of origin, updating goods receipt in SAP
- Arranging dispatch for the shipping documents on time to customers, placing warranty orders as per the details given by field service team in SAP & in BOL and following up with factory till dispatch and returning the faulty material back to factory
- Clearing supplier invoices for processing, based on job completion, tracking courier shipments and ensuring on time delivery to customer
- Tracking customs clearance accounts and updating jobwise cost on monthly basis, transporting LEAP equipment within GCC and customs clearance on returnable basis
- For materials rejected by customers, handling Return Order in SAP and taking care of stock movement in SAP, closing month end with controller including closing of old orders and preparation of BG and LCs
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree – any discipline/ Electrical Engineering would be an advantage.
- Hands on experience in order processing systems, especially SAP, understanding of commercial terms and conditions
- Knowledge on Bank Guarantees and LCs,
- Knowledge of drives and motors is a plus
- 7+ years order processing experience
- Personal organization and proven leadership skills, ability to work with multicultural and diverse teams, multinational mindset and corporate understanding skills, ability to play in a team.
- Growth mindset and strong business mind, commitment and dedication towards achievement, highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
