Job description: Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic thinker and dynamic leader to spearhead our commercial excellence initiatives. The Commercial Excellence Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales and marketing strategies, driving operational efficiency, and maximizing revenue generation across all channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and implement best practices to enhance our competitive advantage and ensure sustained growth.Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales force effectiveness analysis to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate insights to the Business Units regarding their go-to-market execution and suggest improvements.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes to effectively manage customer relationships, improve sales effectiveness, and drive customer loyalty. Analyze CRM data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business expansion, customer segmentation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies
- Coordinate the Digital capabilities team: Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and Information Technology (IT) teams to ensure alignment of our Commercial Excellence initiatives with global initiatives, business units objectives and seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Lead the definition and execution of sales incentives, and promotional programs aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial excellence team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in commercial excellence, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategies and initiatives.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English is a must;
- Demonstrated leadership/management skills and experience;
- Ability to effectively collaborate across functions in a matrix environment;
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to understand how decisions fit into the broader context of corporate strategies;
- Logic and analytical skills using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions;
- Ability to self-direct, with supporting time-management skills, and the ability to execute projects within area of expertise aligned with core business needs and drivers;
- Articulate and confident speaker, ability to operate around higher management, excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels, functions and external customers;
- Strong sense of urgency, decision making, and ability to prioritize;
- Communication skills in Spanish will be considered a plus;
- Availability to work in a hybrid working model in São Paulo/Brazil.
