Learn more at .We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join our sales team to build and manage strategic relationships with some of our largest Finnish clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth, ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives through our solutions. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building trust and exceeding client expectations, while incorporating insightful account planning to understand their needs and develop impactful solutions.Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall client strategy:
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct comprehensive client assessments, including their business goals, challenges, competitive landscape, and target audience
  • Analyze market trends and insights to gain a deeper understanding of their industry and potential opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our client engagement strategy based on your account planning expertise
  • Develop and execute strategic client plans:
  • Leverage account planning insights to formulate customized solutions and service plans that align with client objectives and address their specific challenges
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks through strategic planning
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships:
  • Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication
  • Proactively communicate client progress and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement, leveraging account planning insights to suggest relevant solutions
  • Track and measure key client metrics, including satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients:
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations based on your deep industry knowledge, account planning insights, and understanding of the client’s business
  • Proactively share industry trends and insights relevant to their business, showcasing your thought leadership
  • Become a true partner in their success, understanding their vision and guiding them towards achieving their goals

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving business growth
  • Demonstrated experience in account planning methodologies and their application in developing client solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Professional working proficiency in Finnish and English
