[Shizuoka City/No experience welcome]Research and development of next-generation electronic equipment (analog circuit design) ◆2nd new graduates welcome/Lamp share top
■Job details: As a research and development engineer for next-generation electronic devices installed in automotive lamps, I will be responsible for the following duties.
・High-speed communication IF, image IF
・Power supply/drive circuit design for electronic equipment (including analog)
・Analog circuit design around microcontrollers
・Inspection/measurement/evaluation applications, etc.
*The work you will be responsible for will be decided based on your past experience, skills, and personal preferences.
■About the characteristics of the work:
・We have the world’s top market share in automotive lighting equipment, and our products are installed in various automobile and motorcycle manufacturers. It’s very rewarding when I see a product I worked on being installed in a car I see on the street.
-Lamps are installed at the four corners of the car, making them very effective locations for installing sensors for side and rear sensing, which are essential for autonomous driving. At our company, we are proceeding with the development of high-precision LiDAR and all-weather cameras with the goal of sensing that can support level 4 or higher autonomous driving (so-called fully autonomous driving).
・Our group develops not only automobile lamps, but also traffic lights. In autonomous driving, installing sensors on the roadside on roads with poor visibility can ensure even greater safety, and demonstration experiments are already underway.
■Strengths and charms of “KOITO”: We are a company that always produces world-leading technology and is focusing on developing advanced technology that is one step ahead! As a leading company in automotive lighting, we lead the industry and always achieve cutting-edge technological innovation. Mass production of LED headlamps began in 2007, and ADB (Adaptive Driving Beam) in 2012. In 2014, we have successfully developed advanced technologies that originated in the world and Japan, such as the mass production of single-LED bi-function projectors. In addition, we were among the first domestic automobile lamp companies to turn our attention to overseas markets, and now have the world’s top market share, with two-thirds of our sales now coming from overseas. In addition, we are proceeding with stable management with an operating profit margin of over 10%.
