Job description: DESCRIPTIONThis is a vacancy that aims to collect talent for positions that may open in the future.We are looking for a talented person acting as an Account Manager to play an important role in the VAP (Vendor Acceleration Program) team, contributing to developing close management and partnership with high potential suppliers, accelerating their long-term growth in Retail and offering the best customer experience. In this role, you will create, develop and execute a personalized growth acceleration plan for each supplier, negotiation of purchases in the medium/long term, complete supplier investment plans (sales budgets, presentation of results and marketing); establishing well-thought-out strategies that match category demands, analyzing business data, driving supplier performance, working with the business to deliver offers and promotions, in-depth analytics to identify opportunities and drive growth for the supplier and Amazon.com.br . This role will have contact and work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization. In this role, you will create, develop and execute a growth acceleration plan customized for each vendor, such as long purchase negotiation term, complete vendor investment plans (budgets sales, presentation of results and marketing); establish well-thought strategies that combined the category demands, analyzing business data, driving vendor performance, working with the business to perform deals for the vendors and conducting detailed analysis to identify opportunities to drive growth for the vendor and Amazon.com.br. This role will work with multiple stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization.   • Develop strategic mid-sized suppliers with close management to accelerate your long-term retail growth, ensuring selection and availability growth for the Amazon customer in a sustainable and scalable manner;
  • Manage suppliers of a specific Product Family, being responsible for the business P&L;
  • Create, develop and execute a customized growth acceleration plan for each supplier;
  • Responsible for the supplier’s main operational and financial results, developing plans that boost revenue and performance improvement margin;
  • Align the business strategy with the main stakeholders;
  • Analyze and monitor the main KPIs to ensure supplier performance;
  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners in driving them to completion.

A day in the life

  • Connect with partner business teams, peers and stakeholders to understand and align business opportunities;
  • Educate suppliers about Amazon tools, processes, and resources;
  • Create and negotiate commercial agreements;
  • Analyze, create and manage supplier deals and event performances;
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems for Retail;
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate tasks by executing opportunities involving basic software applications. (e.g. Excel).

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Sao Paulo, SP, BRABASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Completed higher education;
– Experience in account management, product or program management and other commercial areas;
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise, with the ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a business environment;
– Proactive, detail-oriented attitude and a team player;
– Strong project management skills including prioritization, scheduling and time management;
– Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority;
– Analyze and monitor the main KPIs and contribute Insights;
– Intermediary English.

– BA/BS required;
– Experience in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis or marketing;
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a business setting;
– Proactive attitude, detail-oriented and a team player;
– Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management;
– Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority;
– Analyze and track key KPIs and contribute with Insights;
– Intermediate English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in internal/external sales or customer management, preferably in the e-commerce and/or retail sectors;
– Experience in supplier negotiations, prices and promotions, inventory management and product development;
– Advanced proficiency in Excel;
– Knowledge of SQL and VBA is a plus;
– Advanced English.
