In this role, you will leverage the full MarTech stack to uncover insights and make recommendations related to buyer engagement and loyalty, as well as demand and pipeline generation influenced by the website. You will also build, manage, and maintain the Website Operation team’s suite of website reporting tools. The salary range starts at 3 000€ gross per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Bloomreach offices or from home on a full-time basisWhat challenge awaits you?The Website Operations team is looking for a data analyst passionate about unlocking insights that enable teams to deliver magical experiences to our customers. You will adopt the challenge of scaling our website measurement and reporting capabilities to exceed the expectations of our website, content, demand gen, and other marketing teams.You will build, manage, and optimize reporting capabilities, including custom segmentation, event tracking, funnel mapping, conversion measurement, custom reports, and more.You will then use the tools you manage to dig deep and present insights that enable teams to understand the success of their programs and utilize learning for more personalized marketing and better overall website experiences.Your job will be to: * Own our conversion rate optimization program on bloomreach.com

a. Own the conversion rate optimization program for Bloomreach.com

  • Be accountable for conversion rates on Bloomreach.com
  • Utilize first-party data and research to generate new testing and personalization ideas for Bloomreach.com
  • Run, monitor, and optimize tests and personalization experiments, ensuring the tests are reliable and accurately measured
  • Share learnings from all tests with stakeholders – implementing winning scenarios with the WebOps team
  • Stay abreast of new developments across competitors, best-in-class tech SaaS websites, and UX best practices

b. Manage a Suite of Website Reporting Tools

  • Manage and maintain a suite of website reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Bloomreach Engagement, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and more
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve tracking issues to ensure a strong level of trust in the data recorded
  • Keep all tools and their settings up to date and compliant with various privacy & data processing regulations
  • Ensure consistency across reporting tools so any user can interpret data easily and efficiently
  • Provide marketing team members with training on how to use different website reporting tools & insights

c. Prepare Reports and Present Findings

  • Build dashboards & reports that address the needs and objectives of the business or specific teams
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the data being reported and what it means for the business
  • Create presentations with a structured format to share website performance insights regularly with various stakeholders

d. Be an expert in your craft

  • Take an active role in identifying potential new ways to collect and analyze data that help deliver more effective marketing programs
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of all data, tools, and business tactics
  • Present information in a manner that is clear to the target audience
  • Ultimately, your goal is not just to increase the visibility of our website data but to actively work with other teams to improve key metrics and uncover hidden opportunities.

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you dive right in, become very familiar with the current tools used for website analytics tracking and reporting, and conduct UX research for similar sites to create a state of the union for the website and conversion rate optimization proposal by the end of the first 30 days.
  • In 90 days, you will begin to implement findings, support web ops team projects, and build new features that expand the team’s ability to target and personalize experiences on the website.
  • In 180 days, you will fully own the suite of reporting tools and look for new opportunities to share findings with key stakeholders effectively and efficiently, becoming an essential part of the marketing organization.

You have the following experience and qualities: * Professional – experience in management and programming

  • Personal – motivation, independence, and fluency in English

Professional experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing website analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of website reporting functionality and how data is collected, processed, and used to provide insights
  • Ability to demonstrate how to implement custom segmentation, event tracking, funnel mapping, conversions, goals, custom reports, and more
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other similar analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience building custom reports in Google LookerStudio or other similar reporting tools
  • Experience using Bloomreach Engagement is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other similar software programs used to compile data and present findings
  • Proven ability to provide insights and recommendations in a format that your target audiences can easily understand
  • Solid understanding of how data informs decision-making, particularly around building better, more personalized website experiences
