This solid heritage is balanced by a passion to push forward and challenge convention.We are looking for a “SCM & Customer Service Team Leader” to support our growing organization in Turkey.Main Functions:– Supply Chain (Demand Planning, SAP Ordering & Forecasting, Import & Custom Duties)– Logistics (3PL Warehouse and Distribution Management)– Customer Services (From customer order to invoicing)– Support functions (Sales Reporting, Regulatory & Product Registrations, ÜTS , Managing 3rd party Technical Service)Key Duties and Responsibilities:– Manage supply chain and logistics processes to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of PH Turkey. Drive S&OP processes including demand planning– Manage 3rd party warehouse and distribution centers to ensure availability and on-time customer delivery– Develop and implement supply and logistics plans, schedules and procedures– Drive day to day Customer Service with the aim to provide excellent Order to Invoicing Services to Hartmann Distributors & Customers by establishing and securing execution of relevant processes.– Manage 3rd party ‘Technical Service’ function and keep them in line with their KPI’s– Manage regulatory affairs, product registration, UTS, TITCK duties. Collaborate and coordinate with related 3rd parties and follow them to keep in line with Corporate standards– Provide regular daily & monthly reports to sales team and managementQualifications– University degree– 5+ years of professional experience ideally obtained in Medical Device environment (solid knowledge at Demand Planning, SAP Ordering & Forecasting, 3PL Logistic & Warehouse, Import & Custom Duties, Whole Customer Service process)– Experience using SAP ERP, SAP APO, SAP BW and Logo Tiger is amust– Regulatory affairs and product registration experience is preferable– Team player with good communication skills and cross-functional mindset– Strong sense of responsibility, solution orientation and ability to take decisions– Excellent English skills written & verbally– Very good Microsoft Office skills, particularly at ExcelReport the AdPreferred CandidateYears of Experience 5 – 10 years of experienceYears of Experience: 5 – 10 years of experienceLevel of Education Bachelor’s(Graduate)Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate)Military Status CompletedMilitary Status: CompletedLanguagesEnglish(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)Languages: English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)Driving License Class BDriving License: Class BYou can review the pages below to get more detailed information about the Team Leader position or to examine other job opportunities.Medical devicesabout usPaul Hartmann Turkey is the Turkish branch of the Hartmann Group.
