Job description: Supply Chain Finance Manager Role Summary: The Supply Chain Finance Manager will be responsible for driving operational and financial results for the Distribution Centers (DC). In this role, you will work closely with the Supply Chain manager/head to analyze and report out to management the results of various Supply Chain key metrics and coordinate with other departments to achieve the planned operating results. The main responsibilities of this role are to provide financial analysis and support on product costing, inventory planning, forecasting and operating expenses control. In addition, this role also supports the cluster supply chain and business leaders on the monthly financial reporting, profitability, variances analysis, forecasting and Annual Operating Plan. Key responsibilities of a supply chain finance manager are listed but not limited to the ff: Preparation and analysis of the monthly Distribution Center (DC) financials ensuring all key business deliverables are met (Inventory Accuracy, Truck availability, Space utilization). Conduct analysis of monthly financials, KPIs and explanations of key variances versus budgets and targets, including deviation analyses (SKU analysis, Vendor P&L) with previous periods Prepare the monthly rolling forecast, Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and other financial reporting templates of the distribution center Monitoring of inventory shrinkages and implementation of action plans to reduce and/or recover the losses Review and monitoring of RTV’s (Return to Vendors) to DC on a weekly basis; device a process improvement to minimize RTV’s Assessment of daily inventory balance and days cover, ensuring alignment with the monthly forecasts and targets. This also includes implementation of action plans on slow-moving and aging inventories in DC DC Headcount productivity review Review and analysis of logistics and warehousing costs, including evaluation of commercial terms with new and existing truckers Involvement in demand planning and cash flow (purchases) management Exposing potential risks and enabling executable and optimized plans related to supply chain and routing Driving sustainable cost reduction, cost optimization and profitable growth through process efficiency reviews Integrating finance with supply and demand by performing gap analysis and taking corrective action
